Cha-cha-changes

I was thinking last night and decided to expand the use of this blog a bit. I mean, am I photographer? Yes. But I am also close to becoming a professional graphic designer, so why not add in some design to my happenings here?
Keep an eye out. OSC Photography has just become
OSC Photography & Design.

WEEK FORTY:

Monday, May 17
I can rest assured that I'm safe while I'm at work, because the other day I noticed we are using the Securitron system. Awesome.

Tuesday, May 18
Boots? Jeremy with boots? That's right. My first ever legit pair of hiking boots (outside of a ghetto pair I used to wear on camping trips in the old days). These baby's and a pair of snowshoes will be taking me comfortably through the Swiss Alps.

Wednesday, May 19
Shapes and reflections.

Thursday, May 20
Hallie has informed me that this, once upon a time, used to be a storehouse for the temple.

Friday, May 21
My parents cat, Tacauno. Lately he's been sneaking under the covers.

Saturday, May 22
Every year, my friend Jesse organizes a soccer tourney called City Cup. It's pretty rad.
Pictured is Brad Knickerbocker prepped and ready for some action.

Sunday, May 23
I had an entirely different picture that I took for this day, but while looking through my shots from the day, I couldn't resist this one.

WEEK THIRTY NINE:

Monday, May 10
Coheed and Cambria came to SLC on Monday and Hallie and I and a friend were lucky enough to go. I was taking photos and writing a show review for SLUG Mag. The show was, as always, amazing and this photograph should be an indication of that.

Tuesday, May 11
A reflection from a sculpture that resides outside of Old Main up on USU campus.

Wednesday, May 12
The same sculpture from above.

Thursday, May 13
This shot is just one out of a series of about 10-15. It started because I was taking a picture of Cambria in a new chair we got for her for meal time and every time I'd say her name before taking a photo, she'd pull a different face. Hallie and I were laughing sooo hard.

Friday, May 14
Can't get enough of this.

Saturday, May 15
Yesterday we had a bbq planned with some friends that fell through, so we stayed home and grilled here instead. We're really lucky to have awesome neighbors and most with little girls. It was a great night, thanks to the beautiful weather and hanging out with all the neighbors and their kids.

Sunday, May 16
I know dandelions are technically pesky weeds, but I've always thought they were cool. This bee friend did too.

WEEK THIRTY EIGHT:

Monday, May 3
The calm before the pending storm. So nice.

Tuesday, May 4
Texture.

Wednesday, May 5
Yep, still snowing up here in the great Cache north. At least someone doesn't seem to mind-only because she wasn't trapped inside, out of the cold, yet that is.

Thursday, May 6
Seriously? This kiddo just kills me. I mean, look at that!

Friday, May 7
The Graphic Design BFA show was out at the Logan airport this year. It was great. It was inspiring. And admittedly, it was a little intimidating.
When I walked out to my car, I caught this.

Saturday, May 8
My sis-in-law graduated from USU on Saturday. Watch out world, here comes Corrie!

Sunday, May 9
Mother's Day.
I love you mom!

WEEK THIRTY SEVEN:

Monday, April 26
Spring is really fighting to make an appearance in Logan. The trees and all the flowers are doing what feels natural, but for the most part, the weather is fighting them pretty hard.

Tuesday, April 27
One of the sculpture classes took over the grounds outside the Fine Arts building recently and although there was some really cool stuff like this giant block pictured below, there was mostly NOT good work that simply made it look like a dump outside unfortunately.

Wednesday, April 28
The aftermath of a furious spring rain/snow storm. Ah, Logan, why do you have to fight the beautiful spring weather? Just let it come!

Thursday, April 29
Another of the more tolerable projects displayed outside the Fine Arts building.

Friday, April 30
I found an awesome junkyard not too long ago and there is a treasure trove full of shots there.

Saturday, May 1
Another great find from the junkyard.

Sunday, May 2
Cambria couldn't get enough of her own reflection in this mixing bowl. Can't blame her though, she is pretty darn cute.
